Third time vacationing in this home . Extremely clean and well decorated. Enjoyed the screened in deck , fire pit, boat dock . I highly recommend this vacation home .

So relaxing

I enjoyed the space - we could spread out and do our own thing and then come together for family time. The dock, gazebo and deck just added the extra space for relaxing

Nice getaway

Convenient location on Lake Nottely, as well as conveniently located near Walmart, Ingles, Chic-fil-a, etc. Clean home (recently renovated) with all the amenities you need (decently stocked kitchen utensils, grill, internet TVs, wifi, etc.). Nice dock.

Beautiful place

Love the home an the boat dock Home is completely remolded an beautiful. Boat dock accommodated our 2 boats. The children enjoyed going in and out of the water using the ladder on the dock. Would rent this home again . Sandy

Lake Nottely house

Nice property. One issue you should take take of immediately is the caulking in the master bedroom shower is falling out between the wall and shower base. Water is definately leaking behind the shower unit therefore and should be corrected immediately.

Great Lake for swimming.

There is nothing really special about the house. It's fine but nothing fancy. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. We stayed in for dinner 2 of the nights and the kitchen also had every thing we needed. We did like the screened in porch a lot and there's a lot of nice outdoor seating areas. But if you're wanting to spend time in the water, this is a great choice. There is a dock with stairs getting in and you're already in deep water so no feet touching the bottom. It's a pretty green colour and there's not a lot of boats to watch out for. We were very pleased with our stay and have no complaints.

This house stinks- literally

This house had the worst smell, and it was very clear that they have sewage issues and we called maintenance and they came out and it did not help at all. The smell was so bad we couldn't even use the whole downstairs. The management company has not even apologized and we were not offered any type of refund even though we barely used half of the house. I would NEVER stay here again. We rent vacation homes 4-5 times a year and this is my first time leaving a negative review. The house is cute and small and has great views but the smell was so overwhelming it even smelled outside. Save your money and rent somewhere else.
