Staff, James, was amazing. Amenities were great, lots of snacks and drinks in the lobby. We were cold and James brought a space heater. Continental breakfast is a little misleading. There was a small hallway frig with milks, juices, cereal and fresh fruit. One of the loveseats had a broken spring and leg so was unusable. Bathtub grout should probably be replaced.

I recently stayed at The Carrick Hotel in Bisbee, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The building itself has so much character—historic charm blended with modern comfort. My room was spotless, stylish, and surprisingly spacious, with fantastic view from our bed was amazing. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Old Bisbee, steps away from shops, galleries, and great restaurants. I loved being able to walk everywhere. What really made the stay special was the hospitality. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. If you’re planning a trip to Bisbee, The Carrick is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be returning!

James. at the fromt desk, was welcoming and friendly. We greatly appreciated that he helped us up the stairs with our oversized bags and found a parking spot for us during a very busy weekend. The room we stayed in was clean, the beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. However, due to a music festival that was going on causing hotel rooms to be in high demand. The price we paid was much too high for the room we stayed in. The decor was minimal and there were several repairs that needed to be made in our room. The dishwasher was broken so we washed a few dishes by hand resulting in water gushing out from under the sink and dishwasher area, the light in the kitchen was flickering, skylights were under repair etc. We appreciated that they had complimentary snacks available in the lobby and the lower level of the hotel. However, when we got home and looked at the bill there was an additional $20 hotel fee included. The fee was to cover the snacks they offered and use of their gym. I would only recommend staying at this hotel if they are offering a decent room rate.

Upon arrival at The Carrick, there was a minor glitch. We were given keys to the room we had booked, but when we got to the room, it was apparent that housekeeping had not yet cleaned the room (i.e., beds not made, etc.). We went back to the front desk where they apologized and found us another room. It took about 5 minutes while they went to check out the new room before sending us there, but in the mean time we sat on the comfortable sofa in the lobby and enjoyed the snacks and cold drinks they had given us upon arrival. The new room would have been a higher price than the one we had booked, but they gave it to us for the price of the room we had booked, along with a complimentary jar of jelly. The thing we liked most about The Carrick was the size of the huge spacious suite. We had Room 203 and it was decorated in a cute Western theme, with cow-patterned pillows and Western artwork. The kitchen was fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, coffee maker, coffee supplies, a dining table, and an island with bar stools. Down the hall outside the room was a fridge & a table containing assorted breakfast items, which you could take back to the suite. We felt The Carrick was great value for the money and would highly recommend it.
