Absolutely lovely guest house! Spotlessly clean, felt like a home from home. We only stayed one night as was attending crufts...wish we booked 2 to vome back and relax there. Owner was lovely and so welcoming. Breakfast was yummy and was offered anything we wanted. Would definitely stay again

Bancroft Hotel was a lovely place to stay, the bed was comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated to clean and tidy and had all the amenities you could think of available. Vikki was always on hand to help and pleasant to deal with. I stay two nights while attending a conference at the NEC Birmingham and cannot recommend enough the the short journey time but distance it gave me from the event.

Victoria keeps the house immaculately clean and is decorated to a high standard. Everything we needed was in our room, she even brought a fresh jug of milk for our tea and coffee.
