Lovely hotel, big beautiful rooms, clean and crisp. Beds were the right combination of soft and firm (no hotel backache). Not too hot, just right. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great. And it was QUIET. No noisy Aircon or thin walls like some places I've stayed. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in (between the UK, Munich, Copenhagen, Bratislava, Budapest, Vienna, and Paris). Would love to stay again sometime!

The room was dated, the carpets were stained and the room dusty. The staff were unhelpful. There was no safety hand rail in the bath/shower to facilitate safely getting out of the bath/shower.
