Room was filthy. Hair and dust everywhere. Somebody's contact lenses were dried up and stuck to the floor. It was truly the dirtiest room we've ever stayed in while traveling. Pubic hair all over the tub. Very disappointing. Very dirty. Didn't look like it had even been cleaned.

Check in was supposed to be 3:00. We checked in at 3:40 and they told us they “had to inspect our room”. Ten minutes later they told us that the room wasn’t ready and it would be another 15-20 minutes. We had plans and didn’t want to wait, so we asked for another room. That room had coffee stains all over the kitchen counter. What is going on…we never had this experience at this hotel before!

Stayed for 2 nights 3 days, hotel was easy to find. Front desk staff were really nice and did everything with a smile. Hotel and room were always clean. The cooffee was great, breakfast served was good and fresh. Hotel is close to everything. Mall 8 minutes away Casino WindCreek about 10 minutes away Steel area about 10 mins away Stores 10 mins away Restaurants 5 to 15 mins away depending on where you go. Small Con- bed is a little hard if you are going for a long stay but otherwise no big deal at all.
