I live close by this apartment. Check in will be either personally or through a key lock box which I leave for my guests

Public transport: you will receive the Bern Ticket which allows for free travel on the busses and trams within the city of Bern. Tram #9 and Bus #19 stops right outside the building (Stop: Wander)

Parking: there is one parking spot assigned to the apartment. Please let me know if you would like to use it

The apartment is located on the second floor. So you must climb stairs. (1 floor up) There is no elevator -
no commercial activities allowed

Please note that we cannot store luggage. We usually have back to back reservations. At the train stations, there is usually a luggage storage facility

When booking, please make sure to put the correct guest count. The price varies according to the amount of guests staying. We will prepare the apartment based on the amount of guests booked
Ring Camera at the entrance door. All guests staying or visiting need to be officially booked through Airbnb Quiet time between 10 PM and 7 AM - do not disconnect the Internet. The TV system and smoke alarm system is connected to it and needs to be reset every time afterwards. smoking is prohibited
No parties or events, no commercial acitivies,No unregistered guests are allowed (no client visits!!). Family visits can be approved
