Be spoilt by the outstanding architecture and quality throughout this 3 level luxury townhouse. Stunning panoramic views of the ocean, wetland and Gulaga - Mt Dromedary.

Spacious lounge room, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are all tastefully furnished and include quality fittings plus under-floor heating and reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the whales from the large sunny deck equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and gas Bbq

"Moorhen Cove" includes a private recreation area with 15m lap pool and is walking distance to beach, cafes and shops.

The main bedroom has a king bed located upstairs with fantastic views to Montague Island and ensuite with spa bath.

Downstairs are two large bedrooms both opening onto a private garden area, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles.

Wi-Fi is available at this property, as we are in a regional area, service cannot be guaranteed.

Linen - Guests will need to bring their own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

This was our second stay. We love the property, pool and location. The property manager was very helpful when we need assistance. However, it is due for some maintenance, particularly with plumbing / fittings and considering the price point.Overall a nice place to stay.

nice, but not worth the money

nice enough, but won't stay again. lacking ventilation or cooling. No fans or AC available (We went looking for fans) and no screens on the major doors to allow airflow. slept in the downstairs 'dungon' bedroom as it was the coolest, but bed was rock hard and place smelt damp. Was advised that linen was extra ($25 per person + $10 per bed - hefty charge if you intended on using the place to its full potential). Bathrooms are more like wet rooms - no screens to contain the shower water and the ensuite shower shares a wall with an exposed power point for a heated towel rail. Best location was the balcony looking over the wetlands... contemplated sleeping out there on the banana lounge as it might have been a more comfortable stay.

Great Location

Cleaning Issues The property itself was quite good but needed better cleaning the bathrooms smelt musty ( especially the lower bedroom bathroom, needs better ventilation . The balcony was dirty and we had to clean tables and chairs were dusty and unclean. Other than that the property is decent and with better cleaning standards can be a good place to stay .
