Best location but outdated rooms

This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night.

Pessima experiencia! Hotel super velho e extretente over-priced! Infelizmente minhas ferias coincidiram com final de semana do dia dos namorados! As diarias foram pelo menos 3x maiores do que o hotel ofereciam. O cafe da manh estava extremamente cheio. Apesar de mascaras e luvas, nao tinha como manter o distanciamento. Nao recomendo e nao ficaria no hotel novamente

Nice hotel in a great area!

Very classy hotel...was greeted with easy check-in and a glass of an excellent, locally-produced sparkling wine! Superb staff! Breakfast was perhaps one of the best I've seen in my travels...with a large selection of items. Hot items were actually kept hot! WIFI was strong, and free! I found a large selection of places to eat within easy walking distance. My only negative observation was that the walls were a little too thin, and noisy neighbors made for a long night!

Pouca flexibilidade no check-in. Chegamos por volta das 12h30, fomos almoçar, informaram que nosso quarto estava em limpeza e 13h50 quando fui perguntar me informaram que ainda estava em limpeza. Questionei e um supervisor verificou que teria que mudar o quarto pois o meu estaria em manutenção e nĂŁo limpeza. A ĂĄrea kids nĂŁo fica aberta, disponibilizam um nĂșmero para agendamento. Ruim o mĂ©todo. Fomos para passar o Natal e na ceia teve um Papai Noel, as famĂ­lias levaram presentes para ele entregar para as crianças mas o hotel nĂŁo avisou sobre isso, ou seja, nem todas crianças ali presentes receberiam o presente. Achei muito chato, ou poderiam avisar que teria o Papai Noel para as famĂ­lias se organizarem e levarem presentes para ele entregar ou que dessem um mimo que fosse para todas as crianças. Achei muito mal organizado. Nosso quarto ficava na lateral no hotel, muito barulhento, caminhĂ”es passavam com bastante frequĂȘncia e cedo. Fora isso, cafĂ© bom, espaço bom, piscina boa, atendimento em geral bom.

A recepção tudo ótimo, café da manhã é bom. Quarto um pouco antigo e deteriorado. Infelizmente na saída, esquecemos duas peças de roupa no quarto. Estamos a 1 semana tentando contato com o hotel, porém ligação dificilmente atendem, quando atendem informam que alguém irå entrar em contato. Até o momento ninguém retornou. Hotel desse nível, é importante ter um canal de comunicação que funcione.
