This three-storey holiday villa sits in an enclosed urbanisation only 600 metres from the beaches and the promenade of Benalmádena, and it shares the garden and pool area with four other houses.

The ground floor welcomes a cosy living room with comfortable sofas, provided with access to the private porch, where an outdoor dining area is located. A fully-equipped independent kitchen and a larder, and a bathroom with shower are also located on the ground floor.

The modern first floor of the villa is divided into the three bedrooms, all decorated with modern furniture and provided with comfortable beds. Two of them are furnished with two single beds each, whereas the master bedroom, which is accessible from the outdoor terrace that is connected to the porch through a staircase, is equipped with one double bed, a wardrobe, and two extra single beds. The first floor of the villa also features a renovated bathroom with shower.

Last, but not least, the second and last floor of the villa, which is actually the rooftop terrace. Here, you will find sun loungers, a parasol and a chill-out area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the splendid sea views beyond the roofs of Benalmádena.

The villa is provided with warm/cool air-con in the bedrooms and living room.

As said before, the pool area is shared among the four houses of the urbanisation. The pool is divided into two parts: one for the adults, and a smaller one for children. The garden is private and provided with a dining area and a brick BBQ.

The house is located 40 metres from a supermarket, and near bars and restaurants.
