The house and location is perfect. We had plenty of space for everyone and was able to celebrate with family and friends for my daughters graduation. They responded quickly and was able to accommodate a late checkout where we still were able to enjoy our time heading out. Five Stars !

I cannot say enough things about this stay. Aaron the host went above and beyond. Upon entering on the first day, there was so many ohh's and aww's. I booked this establishment for my daughter's high school graduation and to have enough space to host out of town's family. The two kitchens was perfect. The home had enough towels and bedsheets for everyone even though we bought our home. Everything that was described for this retreat was included. The pictures does not justice. It's so much more than them. If you're looking for somewhere nice and quiet to stay and to enjoy family, this is the place. It felt like home. I will be doing another booking for end of the summer for my daughter before heading off to college. Thank you so much Aaron, you're the best!!!

This house is perfect for a large family gathering. We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Twelve people stayed at the house and another 15 or so joined us for the day for a large family reunion of sorts. The porch on the top level has an amazing view and more than enough comfortable, shaded outdoor seating for everyone. The living and kitchen area on the top level are well appointed and spacious so everyone has room to breath. The dining table easily sits 12 adults. There was plenty of parking for everyone without complications. I can't recommend this home enough if you are looking for a comfortable place to relax with a large group with an amazing view. There was only one surprise and, admittedly, I might have not read the description closely enough to have caught this before arriving. The upstairs and downstairs are actually two separate units and the only way to move between the two is via an outside staircase. This turned into a positive for us, however, because it provides a bit of privacy when needing to escape the group for a little peace and quiet. It was a little inconvenient when it rained but I would not consider that a deal breaker.
