Lake Whatcom vacation

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. We have stayed at other properties on the lake, and this one is our new favorite. We were able to watch fireworks on the 4th of July right from the back patio. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect Stay

The perfect house to enjoy the lake with family. Everything was great. The house was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful and Serene

Wonderfully modern appointed home with peaceful lakefront setting. We all enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay again someday. You won't be disappointed to stay at this property!

Everyone enjoyed the stay. We love the interior design, quality furnitures, and everything it provides. Views from the house are amazing! Love it.

Lovely Lakefront Retreat

My family and I had a great time at this lakefront house outside of Bellingham. Bonus points for the children’s play room with books, trains and dollhouse. My daughter loved it.Kitchen had everything we could need and we used the grill on several occasions.Just a note: the property does not have AC so in the hotter months be prepared to use the supplied fans or open the windows.

Perfect home on the lake

Beautiful home with stunning views and easy lake access. We brought our own paddle boards and enjoyed the easy launch from the dock and jumping in the lake. Interior seemed to be high quality and there was plenty of room for the whole family.

The house is beautiful with an awesome, open view of the water. It was November so we did not use the water but the direct access is superb.

We loved the house being on the lake with easy access and its own boat dock. The views were beautiful from the master and living areas. A working TV would be helpful but more importantly, A/C or fans provided as with the summer heat, the house was warm and stuffy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and all other amenities provided were good. The only utensil not provided was a potato masher, other than that, the kitchen was well equipped.

Mother’s Day weekend was so fun!

The lake house was perfect for our Mother’s Day weekend in Bham with our WWU kids and teen! Everyone had room and the house was excellently equipped. We brought our kayaks and launched from the dock. Fishing was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! The house had everything anyone could need and was well furnished. Highly recommend!

Whatcom by the Lake

We enjoyed staying at this property & hope to return one day. The home could use a very deep cleaning and pesticide treatment for black ants. Other than that, the property was wonderful. Thank you!

Peaceful and Spacious!

Just what our group of 5 WWSC alums needed for a reunion…each one with bed and bath of their own! Keyless entry tricky and sensitive. Needed multiple attempts to time and touch just right. Ants in kitchen need addressing, otherwise a stellar stay, and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation home.

Enjoyed our time together. Lacks some basic items, like coat hangers, which we supplied. It would have been nice to have a drawer for scissors,pen, no flashlight. Internet connection should use a password. Otherwise secure business laptops are denied access. A coffee table in the living room would have been nice. Other than those few inconveniences, it’s a lovely home!

Large house- three story

Had enough bathrooms (5) for all of us. The view of the lake from three of the bedrooms and, of course, the living and dining rooms. Huge kitchen, plenty of room for your own food. Large stand alone refrigerator and separate full freezer. Appliances were Miehl, the induction cooktop was difficult to figure out how to use. Some of the disappointing things were the 10am checkout time, the lack of any closet space in the primary bedroom, the inability to log on to Roku apps (no PIN provided), and no walking access to lake or trails (road very busy and close to house).

Too technical,

We are a group of ladies , go away every year for the last 35 years… found this house cold, all appliances including heating were technically hard for us .. and no instructions on how to work anything ,very frustrating Not many extras usually I contact owner and we can get in a little earlier and maybe leave a little later. They would charge us for even 5 min. Check in was 4pm check out 10 am we weren’t even there for 48 hours… lots of fees to Vacasa. Wound not rent from them again ! I guess we have to be more careful!! Lesson learned
