The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was modern value for money, location is excellent. Little bit of mould in the bathroom, a fan would help with this. Breakfast was good but could have been warmer.

Breakfast menu was excellent. In addition there was a hot breakfast menu on the table if you wanted something different, pancakes or omelette or eggs Benedict. Staff were welcoming. The hotel is a lovely building, decor is good. Bar had good selection of drinks. Bar staff should clear dirty tables more often, and please remove the dead succulents from the top shelf of the bar. It's pointless having plants that you don't bother to water.

Lovely big room, very nice lobby for work meetings, and very friendly staff. The hotel itself is just outside of the core area so you need to walk 10-15min to restaurants and shopping.

Good comfortable room. Air con was a bit weird but it was a setting where you had to set what you want and then the machine would turn on and off and heat the room over 3hrs and wasnt instant. But other than that , generally clean and good quality
