I really don’t know where to start. The bed had stains on the sheet. The desk chair had multiple stains and felt like a chunk of it was missing. When I informed the front desk, she responded “what would you like to do?” This made me realize that this is not the first time. I just wanted a clean room and already traveled for most of the day. She stated that we would be upgraded to a deluxe suite but then stated that this was the only room available with two queen beds. I read the reviews before booking and they were all good. So really confused on how our room was so gross. Maybe book elsewhere because even another person that stayed the same night stated that their room was not clean.

First room stunk. Like foul. Were moved to another room, and was definitely better. Rooms are dated and carpet needs to be removed. Hot tub was over-treated, and couldn't use, because all of our eyes burned. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. When we pulled out the pull-out couch, there were stains on the mattress and food in it. Rooms are really overpriced. Front desk staff were great, however.

Place was excellent except for the dog pooh all over the place and the beds. My entire family stayed for Christmas eve and not one of use got good sllep. The beds are horrible. Very hard and lumpy.

First room was smelly and dirty but was moved to a much cleaner room! Definitely needs some upgrades. When a bunch of kids are coming in maybe keep them on the bottom floor and couples upstairs. Very loud and curtains don’t close.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Springs from the 1980s. The shower was also terrible with the shower curtain that didn’t reach the floor. So there was inevitably water all over the floor. The TVs are not smart TVs and also don’t have most channels that are listed. The staff was incredibly nice and everything was clean, but it wasn’t a very comfortable stay.
