What a great property to use as base to explore the Bayfield/Durango area. This property is a well maintained guest house we found to be stock with all the essentials and then some. This rental has everything you need for a short stay or a prolonged visit. Upon arrival the property was clean and tidy inside and out and all amenities were in proper order. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Very clean and quiet place. About 20 minutes from downtown Durango and only about 15 minutes from Lake Vallecito. Easy access and driveway parking. Has any cooking essentials you need and the washer and dryer is certainly a plus. We would certainly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
