The good:Overall, the property was clean and modern.The kitchen was very functional and well-equipped with appliances and accessories.The master bath was clean, bright, and very functional.The HVAC was complicated to get going, but did blow cold air once operating. The bad:The coffee maker (a focal point for me) was a weird Nespresso design,The accommodations need more chairs and places to sit - only one couch!The master bedroom had one queen bed - not quite big enough - and no chairs.The unacceptable:The house number was not clear. There are 9 units in a row in this complex and we knocked on 3 doors before locating the correct house. The house number needs to be clearly identified in the welcoming email. Also the type of road needs to be updated. The street address was presented as "5th Cmn". That is short for "Common". "Cmn" actually refers to a walkway at the back of the property. Google maps struggles with "Cmn". Advice: other than correspondence between the property owner and the county assessor, "Cmn" should never appear in any customer-level communication. The correct address is "5th Street". Why am I going on about this? The first 2 hours after arrival were extremely fraught, both locating the house and then directing others on where to come to. After I figured out all the elements of the last paragraph, everything was fine, but it left a lasting negative impression.
