The room was clean and well kept . Coffee cups and condiments were missing from the room. I was disappointed but the hotel was almost a full capacity due to a concert hopping in the nearby area and no food options were open at 12 o’clock at night, my company, and I had to leave the hotel and travel to a nearby hotel to get food a little disappointing with such a nice hotel and casino.

Very clean facility. The rooms are well appointed. A bit noisy above us. The hotel and gaming area smells pleasant but several in my group found it irritating to their respiratory system. A neutral unscented space would serve best. Food was tasty, service in rock n roll bar needs much improvement. We have scene several shows in cowlitz ball room its a nice space and seats are comfortable. No wait for public restroom areas and they are always spotless. Overal a nice quick getaway. Room is pricey for what it is. $500 for a night seems high.

This is a beautiful, well equipped, clean and well designed casino and hotel. The room was beautiful, the staff were kind and polite, and the swimming pool area has an adults only swim time between 10 PM and 12 PM which we really appreciated. I will come back and stay here again.
