Solid hotel, but saddest rooftop pool ever. The photo of the place shows it off, but it was the joke on the whole trip how they found the 1 angle to make it look big.

I paid $168/night for weekdays, restroom was extremely tight, no bottle water, they charge $3 each. City view was horrendous. I’m not recommending it at all. Parking is $37/night plus tax.

We booked a room with double beds because we had 3 people. We got a room with just a kind bed and when we opened the door the entire front was puddled with water in the floor. We for back downstairs to correct room and the front door person Tai was the rudest person ever and pretty much dismissed us and advised to get with Expedia as she doesn’t have any rooms. She was incredibly rude to the others in line as well for their second and third request for towels. I do not recommend this place.

The hotel was lovely. Staff very attentive and nice. What I didn’t like was that the option of the Executive King River View Room as an option when the Executive floor bar/balcony is not even open or a thing for over a year now. Unhappy that I paid more for something when I could’ve paid less for exactly the same rooms that we got.
