AVOID

The apartment seemed clean enough and a good size. The shower tray was split and there was no curtain so naturally water went everywhere. They’d left a squeegee to try to get the water down a drain in the bathroom floor. Very poor. Biggest problem was the adjacent bar pumped incredibly loud music until the early hours of the morning. Around 4am on the Saturday morning. This also starts around 3:30pm for apres ski but only for a couple of hours.

Clean and tidy, great location, great host. Right next to Euphoria night club was the downside, loud music until around 2:30 am each night and typical drunk yelling and screaming. Uncomfortable pillows

Trip to bansko

The apartment is very clean. Has a squicky bed and an ordinary couch. I didn't use any kitchen utensils. The lady who checked in us is very nice and attentive. What i didn t like at all: beware that is loud music until 5 AM because nearby or under the apartment is a club and they have a party. I don t know if each day, but for sure is on Saturday (i booked 3 nights but we stayed only 1, on Saturday. Sunday i didn't want to risk again not to sleep until 5AM). The heater is not enough for the apartment size although they have an aeroterma who supplements the lack of heat and also make a lot of noise. The location is perfect, is 2 minutes far away from gondola and a lot of restaurants and bars nearby.

perfet location!!! just few minutes walking from the gondola, and even closer to the ski shops, retaurants, and supermarket. very clean and comfort apartment. fair price.

Excellent location , in the center of town , spacy rooms , have all necessary amenities , clean , quiet , comfortable . Does not have front desk / restaurant / pool but for all those looking for affordable , centered and comfortable location that is definitely it . Recommended !
