All lifts was not working, gave a lot off time waiting. There was not enough sunbeds and they were old. Shift to new adjustable sunbeds so you can lay on both sides

Check in quite smooth even though we arrived earlier than check-in time. Rooms definetly need a deep clean especially the air vents. It may be time to renovate the rooms. For Breakfast there was lot of choices but the quality of the food is Ok. Food taste could be improved a lot. It closer to the train station and walkable which was super helpful for us. Concierge service was helpful finding a taxi to continue our trip to the next detonation.

Hotel staff was excellent, room was just ok, didn’t love the bedding as it was oddly slippery and would slide off the bed in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good but was extremely busy. Overall was a good experience but has some room for improvements.

J’ai bien aimé. Personnelle gentil et respectueux. Le lobby rénover est très beau. Déjeuner très bon et diversifié. Nous étions 3 adultes dans une chambre avec 1 lit King et 1 lit d’appoint confortable. Chambre propre mais qui demande des rénovations, baignoire tachée de rose et de vert (produit ménager) d’où l’étoile de moins.
