This hotel was beautiful and the 2 bedroom balcony suite was fantastic. It was large, clean and quiet at night with minimal street noise. The fridge was stocked with free drinks and they supplied ample free water for all guests. I also appreciated the free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the lobby from 7am to 7pm. Central world mall was just a 15 minute walk away. I didn't opt for the hotel's breakfast but there were cheaper breakfast places within a 10 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

I had great stay. The staff were super nice and attentive. Also the birthday greeting arrangements in my room were really sweet. Area’s pretty quiet and felt safe. Conveniently close to the mall and train. I’d likely stay here again in the future.

The room was ok apart from the smell of cannabis coming from other rooms and also the traffic noise from the street below was awful, we did not get even one good nights rest, the noise from the traffic didnt stop all night long. it felt like we where sleeping outside. It was terrible. I had mentioned the road noise on our previous stay and still nothing has been done about it. unless that issue is resolved i certainly wont return to stay again. I dont pay for expensive hotels not to be kept awake all night, at one point i was ready to check out and stay at another hotel.
