love my stay here but, there is no one who protects the pool. So, a lot of outsiders come through the side door just to ‘enjoy’ the pool that should be for hotel guest.

Beautiful hotel ! The room was newly renovated, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom and shower. The only downfall is we couldn’t watch the TV while in bed, a bit of a design fail in my opinion. The hot pools were very nice but one was closed and the jets didn’t seem to be working. Otherwise we were happy with our stay.

Modern aesthetic, nice room, great restaurant and bar in the lobby, cool outdoor hot tub, very helpful front desk staff, and ski resort and airport shuttle buses pick up next door and across the street. Only minor downside is that it's at the far end of town in Banff, so we took multiple cabs down to the other end where all the action is instead of walking 15-20 minutes in the freezing cold.
