Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The apartment was in a complete state of disrepair, the flooring had gaps and had clear signs of water damage. It was obvious that people had smoked in the bathroom, cigarette burns were all around the sink. The shower door handle was held on by tape. Cupboards had broken handles or the doors were broken. Wall paper was peeling in the living area and ripped in the main bedroom. The sofa and chair cushions were stained. One light in the kitchen area was held in by tape. Broken chair on the balcony and fallen cupboard full of rubbish placed as if it was some kind of seat. Table broken on both sides and repaired with wood glue
