Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich schön. Wir hatten auch einen schönen Blick auf den See. Auf dem Fußboden waren aber Staubflusen. Auch waren viele der Bodenfliesen gesprungen.Ist grundsätzlich nicht das Problem. Aber bei dem Preis erwarte ich mehr. Und dann 3€ Kurbeitrag im November.Das finde ich eine Frechheit. Selbst an der Nordsee gibt es in der Nebensaison reduzierte Kurbeiträge.

Schöne Anlage, etwas aus der Zeit

Die Ferienanlage ist in einer schönen Umgebung nahe Bad Saarow direkt am See gelegen. Die Häuser sind baulich schön, mit Terrasse, Küche, Bad mit Sauna. Das Interieur ist jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen, da wurden seit Jahren merklich nur kleine Reparaturen vorgenommen. Bereitgelegte Gesellschaftsspiele sind nett, aber nahezu alle unvollständig. Auch die PS3 war kaputt. Die Sauberkeit war ein großes Manko, unter den Schränken und Betten fand sich viel Schmutz und teils noch Gegenstände vom Vormieter. Dieser hatten wohl einen schwarzen Hund - den auffindbaren Haaren nach zu urteilen. Die Holzböden in den Schlafzimmern riechen so als ob sie etwas zu viel Feuchtigkeit abbekommen hätten. Die FeWo ist vom Mieter besenrein zu übergeben, offenbar findet keine weitere Reinigung statt. Die Häuser sind wie erwähnt schön, wirken jedoch etwas vernachlässigt. Die Bewertung "außergewöhnlich" ist für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar.

Sehr saubere Anlage waren 2 schöne Tage einzige Problem - Haus war eisig kalt man hat Heizung angemacht am Tage runtergedreht und musste für 2 Tage 95 kilowattstunden bezahlen - 53 € ein Wahnsinn kommen aber trotzdem wieder wenn es wärmer ist
