We really enjoyed our stay at the Avalon Courtyard Suites. The property is very well located: not in the middle of the town square but not too far (10 mins walk from the dock, 5 mins walk from the town square). The property is very well maintained with a cozy courtyard that has seating around a fire place. There is a coffee room that was well stocked with snacks. The best part for us was the suite and the views from the room. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Avalon.
