The price was by far the best value, which is what sealed me going. I have learned that this is a new establishment and they are doing some really good things to maintain that value. The staff were amazing, Jasmine in particular was really great. Very attentive to anything we needed and was a great person to talk to as well. The two things that made it an "average" was noise and the parking. The bar next door is loud until 2am on the weekends, and the trash is also emptied almost nightly at 3am. These two things basically meant I was awoken every morning. While I had no issues since I paid for parking for our entire duration, if this was a full place it would be a nightmare. Even with only a few guests it got a little tight. If there were no noise issues and parking was better planned this would have been a 4/5 bordering on a 5/5 due to the price of the room and the attentiveness of the staff. Appreciated the stay and enjoyed the staff.
