You can't beat the location! We walked everywhere. The unit faces into a courtyard so there's no street noise. We had a great stay and we appreciated having coffee filters, salt and pepper. Will stay again!

The place is super dirty. We were charged a cleaning fee and told to clean up, do dishes, take out the trash and tidy up before we leave. If you look at any outlets or corners you will see an insane amount of old grime, dust and dirt. The apartment has not been repainted in the last 5-10 years and it shows. The trash can was broken and the coffee carafe was missing when we arrived. The location is great but that’s about the only good thing about this place. I also kept hitting my head on the sharp staircase edges while I was there, not very safe. They baby proofed the edges of the staircase but it didn’t help. I would choose to stay someplace else.

Convenient, but mediocre

The apartment was conveniently located, but a little run down and the beds were really shaky. The to bunk and the king size bed moved when you moved.

Not we expected from Vrbo

Not suitable for 8 people that want to socialize, tv room had one sofa. When we cooked one night we had to re wash kitchen utensils , bowls and plates , it was disgusting! Just not a good fit for a group of adults, better suited for teenagers.

A very nice property, but…

Enjoyed the location and the property, however very displeased with the property managers. We did not have access to a gate code for the parking garage or parking passes, in the process of getting these things our vehicle was towed. Property managers declined to reimburse us the towing fee even though they did not provide us with parking permits beforehand. There was also never any follow up from them after the incident, which I felt was unprofessional. As I said, it’s a nice property, but I will not use STR Management again in the future.

Perfect Spot

This was a fantastic little apartment for a girls weekend. Rooms, bathrooms and common areas were very clean. But a couple of us had a hard time getting past how dirty the blinds were and a couple of dishes we had to rewash in the cabinets. It was very easy parking in the garage and finding the apartment. It was also a great price for the weekend. Definitely would stay here again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I have to say this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had with VRBO. This place was filthy, loud, and VERY hot. We left the unit a day early and went get a hotel because my kids could not sleep. We drove 8 hours to participate in a very important swim meet at UT and it was a disaster. People smoking marijuana outside of their rooms, dried eggs all over the walls in the hall, the floors were so sticky and dirty we had to wear shoes inside, the utensils still had food on them from the previous renters, dirty panties left in the washing machine, people knocking on the door at all hours of the night, and we had to go buy fans to try and cool off the unit. My daughter had to rest between prelims and finals and she couldn't because it was so hot during the day. I never want to put my wife and kids through this again. The amount of money paid for this unit and the quality we received should be against the law. I sure hope the next person doesn't get screwed like we did. Do not go by the pictures because that must have been the day the unit was built. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!

Good one..especially if you are visiting UT Austin

We enjoyed our stay in this property...2Bed 2 Bath with a Den. The kitchen had the most utensils we need for daily cooking. Bathrooms had enough towels & other items.AC was a bit noisy..but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect locations, well managed

Great location right in West Campus. Easy access to everything our family needed for the weekend. Incredible use of the space to accommodate our entire family. A few hiccups but well managed and quickly resolved by Chris. We will happily stay here again.

Great location, but the property shows wear and tear.

Chips, cracks and overall signs of wear and tear were evident. Location was most important to us, so it worked. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Just need to decide if you care about the overall impression.
