One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had… omni is a bad hotel
Excellent
Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Walkable to 6th Street and even the Moody Center, but plenty of Ubers and scooters available. The breakfasts in the hotel were terrific.

It is a great hotel with super comfy beds! The only complaint is front desk at check out. They are extremely rushed to get you out not friendly at all, stark contrast to check in. During check in the front desk is great. Check out not at all. And it’s only front desk the rest of the staff are great
Easy trip from the airport. The room was clean and the beds gave a great nights rest. The shower was perfect! I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Austin!

Great stay
My room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast and coffee for the Premium rooms on the 14th floor was a nice touch. The only thing missing was yogurt! Next time I’m in Austin I’ll return without any hesitation.
Everyone was kind and courteous. The hotel was beautiful.
Property is completing a renovation. Add'l services are not yet in place. I should have been told and rate should have been reduced.

Property was under construction, no restaurants or bar except for bar cart. Pool bar was closed as well. Shower leaks all over bathroom floor. Room service comes in room even with do not disturb on door. Had higher expectations
