I never received my deposit back, the hotel is very old, I felt very unsafe, unclean,unfortunately we arrived there about 12:30 am and we stayed there only for 6 hours jus waiting to the sunrise to left and move to another place. After more than 10 days I’m still waiting for my deposit.

This hotel is filty. Not dirty. Filthy. It is old, falling apart, room toilet was filled to the brim with sewage and was passed off as "just poo." The tile is broken at elevator, carpet, walls, ceiling of the entire place is just filthy. I don't think a power washing would even help them. However, the managerial staff was super in refunding me 30% of my room rate.

The staff was actually very supportive and kind. The room was disgusting though. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain, stains on the sheets and the carpet was gross. We only stayed one night of the four we had booked.

I dont like the room , its very old and its not showing how it is in the photos. I checkout two days early and tried to reach out the hotels.com customer support tried last 3 days but no response . Yall charged me for an executive suite and there was no executive suite just regular rooms, on arrival there was cheerios cereal on our bathroom floor, huge hair balls in the room, elevater door would get stuck and we had to push it to close

Someone tried to break into my room. The lock on the window was a cheap plastic latch, and someone was able to slide the window open and reach in and try to unlock the door. I grabbed their arm and prevented it from happening. Called police and changed rooms.

The room was filled up with smoke smell and the restrooms were dirty never seen in my life. Paying 100$ is just waste of money and time. And they also charge additional car parking fee of 35 per night which is not mentioned while booking.Overall very disappointed and we went out and stayed with friends overnight. In the morning we came to room to collect the bags and checked out early. Such a worst experience we have with this booking.
