Tiera at the front desk was wonderful to work with. When she found out we were in town for my husband’s heart surgery, she made sure we got the medical discount. She even checked in during the day. She is definitely a great asset to this organization.

I learned on the day of my arrival that my suite was not available due to construction/flooding. No one contacted me to notify me that I would have no accommodations upon my late arrival. Thankfully, a Hilton reservation agent found something at a different property. I had to pay double because they didn’t have the 2 bedroom suite, but it was a place to sleep for the nights we needed.

Clean room. Breakfast was good some days. They need a wider variety of food! Staff friendly and courteous. I have stayed at this hotel every time I visit family! I’ll be back.
