The Staff were all very Polite and Well Mannered and also Helpful too. Only Negative I have as a Visitor is having a Vehicle Park in the Carpark and Pay not only per night BUT per every Exit as well which is pretty strange

While visiting Auckland, New Zealand, we had the pleasure of staying at SkyCity Hotel. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff; you were served with total consideration for your comfort and enjoyment of their facility. Our room was spacious, totally clean, & very comfortable. The bed and linens were warm and supportive. We enjoyed the smooth coffee provided in the room in the mornings along with refrigerated milk. An add bonus I especially enjoyed! The lavatory amenities with a large walk-in shower just added to our pampered stay. The room was very quiet to sleep in and no fan or other guest noise was noticed. Any request was attended to quickly with smiling energetic staff. We want to Thank Aiden for all the attentive help he gave us during our stay!!! An exemplary shout out to the management for leading your staff to be one of the BEST serviced hotels I have ever visited!!! AWESOME JOB!!

Heater in room kept turning over to air conditioning so cold most of the time. The bathroom took my 90 year old parents and shower doesn’t have handrail no place for soap and the toilet is to close to wall and the toilet paper dispenser is near the ground sometimes hitting leg when sitting down. Room wasn’t cleaned because there are no signs anymore to put on outside door advising cleaners.
