Our stay at the cord is was excellent overall. The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially to our children which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options and some nice treats for the kids it was a hit everyday. I would say the room was starting to a look a little tired, the bathroom particularly but we were very happy with our stay regardless.

The staff was very nice. The connecting rooms were comfortable and spacious. I appreciated the proximity to everything and the complimentary water bottles. The tubs in the room are weird and tall. If you are a tall person you will hit your head. They probably should update the bathtubs. The gym could be better kept up. It was a bit messy and dirty.

Good size room 424. Quiet. Bedding is absolute top ! Shower worked well. Food definitely above the cut. Last morning we enjoyed the breakfast at 8. We entered at 10. Some items like avocado were already no longer available. Restaurant could use a bit a renovation. I believe last update was well before COVID. Last but definitely not least kudo’s for all staff we interacted with. Very friendly and helpful. Special mention for Kamesh who made our buffet breakfast on the last day extra enjoyable ! All in all again a great stay @ Cordis in Auckland CBD.

Busy hotel at this time of the year but the staff were exceptional in accommodating guests of all styles of stay. Great pool, gym & spa. Excellent onsite dining options. I never left the hotel as no need to for an overnight stay with everything in one place.

Room very good, breakfast buffet a good selection. The main restaurant has a very extensive selection, but expensive. Valet parking is a nuisance, but self parking is a nightmare. If you are driving, best stay somewhere else.
