The staff were friendly. My room was large with a balcony. Everything was clean. The room was super cold upon arrival and it took some time to heat and maintain a comfortable temperature. Valet parking was $55 and an incidental fee of $75.

I liked everything about this hotel except the $45 per night parking. But the check out was great...the rep was very friendly. I didn't catch his name but I know he's from San Antonio. He was very kind.

The shower screamed a very loud high pitch noise the entire time while in use, our key card stopped working during the early morning hours of our checkout day which was an inconvenience. Also they didn’t tell us parking was $45 a night. Otherwise the stay was fine.
