Horrible hotel

This place is awful. The room itself was not horrible, but was old and worn and not well maintained. The room was big and had a kitchen for those who might need that. The price is waaaay too much for this place. It looks nothing like the pictures. Some other guests were shady for sure. The worst part was the back door (which our rom was right next to) sounds off a LOUD alarm every time it is opened. Every time. And clearly people were going in and out that door all night because the alarm went off at least 15 times between 11pm and 5am. One guest who has been staying there for over a week told me that the door does this every day, all day and all night. Do NOT stay at this hotel if you can help it.

got there about midnight. it took an act of congress to get checked in. the property has no ice machine. there were no dishes or utensils in the room. the only good thing was that the bed was decent.

The hotel when you walked in smelled bad like pot. The luggage cart had flat tire. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and dirty. Also no service in the morning at desk.

Gigi was very pleasant during checkin and the other staff were very helpful whenever we had questions or concerns.The only issue that we had was the fact that we were looking forward to hanging out around the pool. So next time we hope that the problem is solved. Hats off to your team!
