The property is infested with roaches and service is virtually nonexistent. Even beyond the roach infestation there were used artificial eye lashes on the floor of my SECOND room at this property. Sandy Springs is beautiful but never again will I book an Extended Stay based on my experience

There were cockroaches in the room, the cleaning was poor and the room did not smell good at all. On the other hand, the people who were staying at the hotel were so noisy, banging stuff on the walls and floor, moreover, there were people smoking weed outside the lobby, they didn’t look that friendly.

My stay has been pleasant the staff is very polite and respectful of your wishes Toddy was excellent and was very helpful with every questions that I had and worked very hard to accommodate me of my needs. Edith was also very helpful in assisting me the customer service there was great!

Place smelled of weed and body oder. We got to our room to find the pull out bed was flithy, and a roach crawling on the bed going under the pillows. We immediately left.

Friendly Staff. Subpar Room.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful! The room was much less impressive in person than the photos on the website. Fixtures were dangling from the well, the microwave did not work, there were stains all over the carpet/walls, and there was no desk for me to eat/work on like shown in the pictures. It smelled like smoke and my key took 5+ tries for it to work every time I entered my room.

Pretty disappointed with this hotel. Pictures online are obviously not this property and do not even resemble the layout. No one at the front desk to check you in after 11pm and they don’t return until 10am the following day. Key did not work to let me back into building in the middle of the night and no one was there. Luckily my girlfriend was with me or I don’t know what I would’ve done. No amenities whatsoever. Asked for an extra towel and was told I had to pay, even just exchange for clean ones. Lady working there was extremely rude and told us our dog couldn’t be in the lobby even just to walk through. Mind you, this is a pet friendly hotel. Horrid smell of weed and urine in common areas. I work in the hotel industry and this is almost as bad as I’ve ever seen…which says a lot. Look elsewhere. Not worth it for the money. We almost left at 9pm to drive 4 hours home just because of the nasty accommodations. Really pathetic that they continue to put their guests through these conditions. Do better, it honestly wouldn’t take that much effort. This property is clearly apathetic to improvement. Next time I’ll pay more money to stay elsewhere.

No irons, no ironing boards, no microwave, no hair dryer, no phone in the room, extra fees for dishes, bucket in the hallway to catch dripping water and there was a glove in it. Hair on the towel, dirty fridge inside and outside upon my arrival. Only one clean room at 3:00 p.m. and it was by the back door--too loud. Dirty rugs in the hallway. Police activity out front upon departure. Just terrible. I left a day early and would never stay here again.

There was roaches in my room. When I got there I just stood there in front of the check in desk and nobody came to help me for about 15 minutes, until a lady finally came from somewhere.
