Terrible experience. Our room wasn’t ready until 11 p.m., and after waiting 30 minutes in the lobby, we ended up canceling. The hotel garage was extremely dirty and felt sketchy. The lobby was full of noisy kids taking selfies with cash spread out on the floor. To make things worse, a man sitting near us in the lounge dumped an empty water bottle into the sofa, and no hotel staff seemed to care or clean it up. Literally the worst experience we’ve ever had—this hotel deserves zero stars.

Great Stay

I would stay here again. It's in a perfect location, having excess to about everything you need to enjoy getting away. The only thing they need to change is parking. Its awful. Then you have to pay for it.

Amazing Stay

Quick check-in, convenient valet parking which has my vehicle up front quick. Clean rooms and nice atmosphere. Everything was within a couple minutes driving or walking. Will definitely be staying here again!

Issue/concern. Parking is for paid only. Self parking was advertised as $38 per night, but once at the site I was charged $45 which was indicated as cost for valet. Then, I was charged for self parking for 3 nights instead of 2 nights stay. I am currently sending an email to Embassy Suites, which per a phone recording is the only way to reach the finance department to report the issue and request my $45.00 refund back to my card. It's my expectation that this issue will be considered to be an urgent response matter.

The only thing goid about the room was the bed. We stayed on the 16th, top floor and the ceiling was damaged. No ice machines worked on multiple floors. Crazy packed when we arrived, front desk person was rude and provided no help. No shuttle service as was originally offered and $45 self parking in a dangerous parking garage. Not worth the time or price to stay here.
