This place was the perfect location and very nice! There is only one window in the main living space, so just be aware of that (as listed in the description). I would recommend more outdoor furniture to the hosts! Thank you for a great stay!

This house was perfect for our needs. We rented the lower level, it is incredibly spacious and well maintained. Everything on the property appears to have been recently been updated and looks fantastic. The house is exactly as pictured in the listing. The yard and driveway seemed private and would be perfect for a weekend of football in Athens. The central location made it easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. The host was very informative and responded quickly to any questions. Wonderful property all around. We would gladly stay at this property again the next time we are in town.

The property is great… very well kept up, clean, modern facilities. Communication with the host was fantastic, the location fantastic, parking great… rooms very comfortable- beds comfortable. Huge televisions however we weren’t able to get football games- we ended up using screen share from phones. And there were no wine glasses :). Outdoor space is also great!!! Thank you host for a great weekend in Athens!
