Clean, convenient location, rooms on waterfront less road noise. Mattress was not very comfortable but I'm picky. Would still recommend for a 1 night stay if you are trying to keep costs down.

The bed's head was significantly "downhill" and forced us to sleep the other way around. The curtains didn't have a liner so the edges let in a lot of light, which was one thing, but it was a ground-level room and that made it feel unsecure and not private. Not the motel's problem, but the people above us were literally dancing in the middle of the night in heels. There is zero sound barrier between floors.
