An amazing place for a memorable Asheville getaway! Very accurate description and extremely responsive hosts. We had only teeny tiny issues (ex. had trouble turning the sauna on) and they were resolved extremely quickly. Very happy with this rental and team.

Had an amazing time at this incredible home! The house is extremely spacious and has all the amenities to make sure everyone in your group has something they can enjoy! The pool table, karaoke, and other games downstairs were all in great shape. The theatre room was loud and a favorite amongst the kids. The hot tub and large bathrooms were especially appreciated by the women in the group. And the grilling area and firepit were a hit among the men. It is also very close to gas stations, grocery stores, banks, etc, making it an extremely convenient place make your home-base while exploring the mountains of NC! This was one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed in!

All in one!!!

This place is beautiful and spacious. Has a little bit of everything except a pool. We had so much fun meeting with family and friends. Everyone had something to do. Whether it was hanging out on the back porch or in the hot tub. Roasting s’mores by the fire pit, sweating in the sauna, watching movies in the cinema room, or hanging out in the game room, playing pool and and singing karaoke. We played the arcade games, foosball and shuffleboard. We would definitely stay here with family and friends again. This place did not disappoint.

Family Christmas!

We enjoyed our time celebrating our family Christmas at this well appointed house. It is spacious enough for a large group (13 adults) to spread out. The hosts had it decorated very nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix a great meal. The house was very convenient to many Asheville attractions.

Great place for the family!

This was perfect for our annual family trip to Asheville! It had everything we could ask for - generously stocked kitchen, unbelievable game room (including a movie room), sauna, hot tub and a fantastic location!

Awesome House - Even Better than Promised!

We stayed here for 5 nights - a group of 5 couples. It was perfect! Five bedrooms with 5 super comfy king beds was ideal. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Two living rooms, a dining room that seated all of us, a fully equipped kitchen, a front and back deck, and more fun activities than you can imagine. The basement has a pool table, fussball, karaoke, arcade games, a bar, a theater, etc. Outside you’ll find a sauna, hot tub, fire pit and more. That said, downtown Asheville is only a 12 minute drive away, and there are also lots of hiking trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway nearby.

Fun extended family getaway

Our family of 14, ranging in age from 16-82 years old just enjoyed a great week together at Sunny's Peak. Here is my list of the highlights of the stay there: --This is the best equipped kitchen in a rental I've ever come across. Anything you want, they have and in abundant supply even ice!! --Our group of 14 never felt crowded. Space, space and more space with a lot of seating. --Despite the heat, the house was always cool. --We never ran out of hot water even though all of us would shower back-to-back. This may sound like a little thing, but it isn't. --The two porches were a godsend. It was a hot week and the back porch, in particular, stayed cool in spite of the 90+ degree weather. --Super responsive owners. A lightbulb on a high ceiling burned out and they replaced it within an hour on a Friday night!! --The location was close to everything: 30 minutes to whitewater rafting in the country and 15 minutes at most to literally everything else we wanted to do. --While not everyone had his/her own room, there were plenty of private spots to sleep on the provided air mattresses. --Loved the cinema, game room, etc. --We got to see bears twice!! Thrilling. --Just be aware that the bunk bed room doesn't have its own entrance so it can be a problem if someone in the adjoining king bedroom needs privacy. --On a couple of days we experienced some slow downs with the internet. It may have been an overload of usage. We never reported this so it may have been a problem on our end.

Great weekend

The house was great, it was a perfect environment for our friends trip. The basement was a great place to hang out, and the other amenities of the house (movie theater, sauna, fire pit, hot tub) provided additional entertainment. Everything was clean and modern. Would recommend to other large groups traveling to the area.

Fantastic stay for two families

This home offers everything a couple of families needed and more. The kids loved the games and the cinema. The adults enjoyed the outdoor spaces (fire pit and hot tub). Plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids. Exceptionally well done - thank you!

They thought of everything.

This property was 100% good vibes. We travelled to the area for our son's graduation (and his friend group) from UNC Ashville, and a family mini-vacation in the Western NC mountains. There is a full grocery store, a gas station, and a standalone pharmacy within 5 minutes of the house, AND YET the property is so neatly located that you don't hear any of the noise associated with a population. The only thing we heard all week was birds and crackling embers for roasting marshmallows. When we needed an emergency blow dryer for one of our downstairs guests, we found three in a drawer. When I forgot shampoo, there was some in each bathroom. Extra beds for barbecue guests who couldn't drive home? No problem, extra inflatable beds on hand. Hot tub, sauna, barbecue, fire pit, plenty of space and seating to accommodate a large gathering, as well as plenty of separated spaces for different groups to have quiet conversations. We had a graduation celebration with multiple families, hosted mother's day brunch, and had a small birthday party. It was just incredible. Our only issue was resolved immediately. When we couldn't figure out why the brand new refrigerator in the recreation room wouldn't cool our beverages, they simply delivered another refrigerator in an hour! This place is organized, decorated, clean, spacious, and well kept. My deepest appreciation to the hosts for everything they they have done to enable our family to create new memories in this space.

Great Place, Great Hosts

I booked this property for an extended family holiday gathering of 4 couples and 2 children and every one of us was delighted with it. The house is huge but retains a cozy and refined appeal, with wonderful gathering spaces, as well as plenty of room to escape the crowd for some quiet time when wanted. The hosts were very responsive to the handful of questions we had as we decided what we did and did not need to pack. The welcome amenities they provided were incredibly thoughtful and generous. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Bachelor Party Spot

As advertised. This place was perfect for our needs. Beautiful fall views. uberable to town (just be prepared to wait a bit). The basement entertainment area had a little bit of everything including dual karaoke. Fire pit, hot tub, it was truly a one stop shop when we were back from golf and breweries. We had a chef come in one night and cook for 16 and the kitchen was big enough to support that as well. Highly recommend!

Asheville Weekend Getaway

This property is incredible. Ideal for a fun weekend with friends. Property is fully stocked, clean and well appointed. Highlight was the game room, we spent the majority of the time here when we were at the house. It’s even better than the photos depict. And the sauna/hot tub was a nice way to start the days there. Highly recommend!
