Homeless men we’re hanging around the property. The bathtub shower was scary. I was terrified that I would fall. Maid service was great!
A hot tub by the pool would have been dreamy, but overall the property was great. Also, the breakfast was great. My GF and I really appreciated all of the toppings available to put on our outmeal. Thanks for a great stay!
The gym is actually nice and has functional equipment (surprisingly rare!) The room is alos huge, very clean, and comfortable. Really nice bath products as well.
The pool was not working. Kids were disappointed.

The receptionists were lovely and helpful. They made me feel welcome both at the hotel and the city and had great suggestions for what to do!

This hotel is under renovation. The pool was closed which we did not note on Orbitz. Kids were very disappointed. Hotel offered YMCA day pass which would have been nice but open pool swim was not until 1 pm. Breakfast was over at 9am - very early for vacationers. So while once renovations are done this may be a decent stay for business travel as it is very centrally located, I do not recommend this hotel for families or vacation travelers.
Room wa ok but definitely not worth the $279 a night we were paying as they were very small and dated. It is 5 min from downtown Asheville which is why we stayed there.
The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful and the breakfast was enjoyable. The rooms are big and the hot tub was a bonus.
