This hotel is under renovation. The pool was closed which we did not note on Orbitz. Kids were very disappointed. Hotel offered YMCA day pass which would have been nice but open pool swim was not until 1 pm. Breakfast was over at 9am - very early for vacationers. So while once renovations are done this may be a decent stay for business travel as it is very centrally located, I do not recommend this hotel for families or vacation travelers.

Room wa ok but definitely not worth the $279 a night we were paying as they were very small and dated. It is 5 min from downtown Asheville which is why we stayed there.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful and the breakfast was enjoyable. The rooms are big and the hot tub was a bonus.

I will try to stay there every time I go to Asheville.

Hotel was clean, pretty good breakfast, far enough from the road that there's no traffic noise. Great location, especially if you're looking to visit downtown Asheville and the Biltmore in the same trip. It's about 5 mins to downtown, 10 mins to Biltmore.

Nothing was wrong at all. Good for any party size. Location is awesome.

This hotel is way over priced for what you get. The rooms are very small suites and once you pull out the sofa bed you cannot get around the room at all. There is only one television so it can only be viewed from the bed or television area. The breakfast was terrible and not acceptable at all. There was a red stain on the carpet that was disgusting. I would not stay at this hotel again.

cramped, rude customer service definitely would notcome back.

I was expecting the stay to be similar to the stay we had at the Quakertown, PA Springhill Suits. Everything was nice but the noise level in the room. I could hear everything that was going on in the room above us at 11 PM at night when we were just trying to get a good night sleep. But you could also hear the next room over (loud sleeper), the bed slept hard. To top it all off we were the room right next to the elevator. Breakfast was ok, staff was fine. Like I said was really expecting what we had at the Quakertown, PA location.

All staff were very friendly. Family friendly hotel. Complementary breakfast was good. non-smoking hotel was a big plus. I would definitely stay there again with my family. Angel & Carmen

We needed a hotel for just one night and this was a great place to stay. It was conveniently located, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and well kept and the breakfast was great (especially the cheerful staffperson keeping everything running smoothly). The hotel was a good value and I would definitely stay there again!

Location is approx 2 miles from city center. Staff was very courteous. Rooms were nice but beds not so comfortable. This hotel does not honor reward points booked by Orbtz .

Staff was friendly and room was clean and confortable. For a one night stay, it was great value.

It was as good as expected.. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Visited Chimney Rock Park and the Biltmore Estate.Took a trolley ride in downtown Asheville.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was located near the biltmore.

Ashville is a great place and the Spring Hill was very clean and comfortable. Tunnel Road is a great location to go anywhere in the city. The room price was reasonable and the amenities were very nice.

Easy check-in. Napped in the comfortable room, and then hopped to the pool and hot tub, which were great. Nice large TVs, comfortable beds. Great free breakfast as well. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Our trip was most enjoyable. During our stay we visited the Biltmore Estates which was awesome. The staff at the hotel were very resourceful, helpful and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable, most spacious. The amenities of the hotel were more than ample and in line with most other hotels I have stayed.

The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean. I would suggest they heat the pool.
