This property was a perfect fit for our family's Christmas gathering. It was clean and very comfortable & very pet friendly! Lots of extras for the kids and adults to do. The hot tub, sauna, and steam room were an enjoyable option and the game room provided many hours of fun for our grand kids and the views...well, spectacular! There was plenty of space for our group of 14 to be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the house is located close enough to Asheville and the Biltmore! I would definitely rent this house again.

The host, the hospitality and the thought that went into making their home feel like ours for the holidays was beyond what I expected. The Christmas tree by the fireplace was exactly what I wanted. House

We had 10 adults and six kids stay at the house and there was plenty of room. They were prepared for kids with cribs, highchairs, stair gate, etc.The kids loved all the video and table top games, the adults liked them too. The views were great and the house convenient to Asheville and parkways. A bear raided the trash and the covers on the barrels should have better locks.

Perfect Place for a Large group

This house seems like a brand new construction. Everything is in perfect condition. The beds were all comfortable and the appliances showers etc were all good too. The kitchen had all the dishes necessary to cook. When we arrived everything was clean and spotless. As far as Vacation Rentals go this place lived up to the pics and description more than any others that I've stayed in. The number of beds, bedrooms and baths + the large and open living areas and decks made this perfect for a friends trip where everyone had their own bed and also had plenty of spaces to visit and catch up. If ever visiting Asheville I would without a doubt book this place again.

Beautiful house and great location

The property itself is amazing with lots of extra amenities. Very convenient to grocery and downtown Asheville. If you are staying here in the summer, it does get very warm on the upper level in the late afternoon. There is also seems to be a water pressure issue, but hopefully the owners' resolve it for the next renters.
