Room was very clean, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Jamshaid at the front desk was a wonderful help. Very accommodating during a challenging snowstorm too.

Everything about the visit was great with one exception - how poorly the parking lot was plowed. I understand that this snow and subsequent below-freezing temperatures were unusual but the plow job that was done was very poor and as an essential person who used the hotel to be closer to work, this was a serious problem. If you are choosing this hotel at any time where snow isn't a factor, I would rate it an 11 out of 10. I will be encouraging my mom, who normally stays at the Hilton Dulles, to stay here in the future.

This was my second time staying here and this time it was much better. They are working out the kinks of opening a new hotel. My two complaints are breakfast and parking. Breakfast- it isn't great. Waffles, bagels, 2 dry cereal options. They have this weird breakfast sandwich station that just does not look safe to eat. The yogurt machine has never worked the entire 10 nights I’ve stayed here. One day the waffle mix is so lumpy it wont come out of the dispenser, the next day it is so runny it wont cook in the waffle maker. The oatmeal is clearly just being reheated and had a foul smell to it - just give me dry packs of oatmeal and hot water. They have cream cheese packets out that have not been refrigerated - health hazard! What is really odd is that they have the most lovely and spacious eating area and then sub par breakfast options! So confusing. Parking - they have plenty of parking but they want you to scan a QR code to pay for it -$10/night. Where they are located, I would expect most guests to be self driving and parking so this is definitely a hidden cost. The last time I stayed, my phone had broke and could not be used to scan the QR code. There js no other way to pay to park. So I was always worried they would tow me! Just stop charging for parking. It’s annoying.

This was my first time staying in this hotel which was new. It was clean and well appointed. The staff were all pleasant. Some of the finishes were not done or had been rushed. I stayed 5 nights. For a new hotel, the wall noise barriers were not great. I could hear people having “adult time” in the room next door which woke me up. The biggest annoyance was the water pressure. There was none. My shower head had less water pressure than one of those old fashioned green sprinkling cans. I raised it with the front desk and the first time I felt like they didn't really take me seriously - they were nice, but not concerned. I raised it a second time after it had not been fixed by the following night (I was gone all during the day) and the desk clerk tried to tell me that it might just not be good enough pressure for ME. Finally, after a third complaint it was fixed and working on my last night there. They did offer to change my rooms after the third complaint but I didn’t want to pack everything up and move. Once it was fixed, it was great. Two other things- which I suspect are all part of standing up a new hotel - breakfast was supposed to start at 6am, but when I came down at 7:15am the one day, there were signs laying everywhere apologizing that breakfast was delayed due to staffing shortages. Ordinarily, I would understand this, but the breakfast was really basic.they just had to turn on the juice machine and waffle maker. Finally, partway through my stay pay for parking

Great customer service and a spotless room. The only downside was the parking fee. They have a huge open lot, so it felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed.

The rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel like this. However, they make you pay extra for almost everything. There is a huge, mostly empty parking lot, yet parking still costs $10+ per night, and you only get free Wi-Fi if you are a Hilton Rewards member. In the end, we could have just paid a bit more for a nicer hotel.
