The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. We preferred breakfast when it was in the main property the kids were disappointed the pancakes had changed but the chocolates and cookies and milk at bedtime and gifts in the room made up for this. We would throughly recommend for a five star experience we just hope on our next visit the food is a little better. It was Christmas and very busy so that might explain it in part. Thank you to all the staff who literally enhance the experience in every way.

First and foremost the staff are absolutely superb. Everyone we met went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The hospitality we experienced here we will not forget. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was fantastic. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the barn were all fantastic. Restaurant Woven is an exceptional dining experience and one we can’t wait to enjoy again. Superb.

Our stay at Coworth park was rather underwhelming and disappointing. As one reviewer mentioned, we were given a room at the Stables and whenever someone in another room closed the door, our whole room rattled. It made it impossible to get total peace and quiet. Cleanliness of our room was spot on though, and there's nothing to complain about that. However, general customer service at Coworth park was lacklustre. Indeed, as compared to other 5 star UK hotels, we found it to be one of the most underwhelming.

We were really looking forward to staying at Coworth Park after having a couple of lovely stays at The Dorchester. Unfortunately it just did not live up to our expectations. Upon arrival we weren’t greeted by any staff or doormen. Check-in was not very personable or overly friendly. It just felt a bit flat and awkward. Our son did an hours hack at the equestrian centre and that was lovely and the lady who took him out was very friendly and encouraging of our son. We then went for lunch at the dining room, service was slow and intermittent. We ordered our food and when it arrived my burger had a relish in that was not mentioned on the menu which was not to my taste, they also asked how we would like the burger cooked and yet it was overdone (can’t see the point of asking, if you are not going to cook it as requested.) burger was also very dry and flavourless. Chips were lovely however. We also requested an extra tea cup from the host, and he never actually brought it over. Overall a very disappointing dining experience. We then had access to our room. This is where the big problems started. The rooms in the stable area are very noisy. They are positioned like chalets and are quite enclosed in that area. When someone shuts their door in your block, your whole door rattles really noisily. This made having a peaceful sleep or relaxing in the room impossible. The cleanliness of the room was also a massive problem. The room was VERY unclean.
