The stunning location and facilities you can see from photos but what you don’t know until you arrive is how kind and helpful all the staff are and the attention to detail that’s been carefully thought out for a very memorable stay here, including a tour of the hotel on arrival, a beautiful hand written welcome card, local drinks and confectionary in the complimentary mini bar, which all go towards making it feel like home. Thank you so much we will definitely be back!
The hotel is stunning perched in the ridge with amazing views. It’s a little out of town but accessible by uber and a regular bus service. Staff were amazing, food (especially breakfast was great) and quality of hotel amenities first class
The hotel was beautifully decorated and the view from the restaurant was gorgeous! Ataff were extremely friendly. I am glad we have this booked again to go back to.

The hotel had just opened the month before my stay and I was impressed with how incredible the entire experience was. First, I was upgraded to a room with a bathtub on the balcony and the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve enjoyed in a long time. The room is spacious and designed for elegance and relaxation. I enjoyed an hour soak in a private hot tub. The swimming pool was the nicest temperature I have ever experienced and the sauna, steam room, and spa massage services were all on point. The views from the restaurant coupled with its chef’s kiss menu were so special.
Great room, but absolutely not worth the price. We paid over $900 a night for the "Alpine View" but it was more of a "Carpark View".
There's also a nice big window in the room directly looking at the toilet so you can watch your partner's facial expressions while they relieve themselves - very romantic 😌 to be fair they do provide a curtain upon request.
Staff were the highlight, they're all very lovely, welcoming and accommodating but at this price the hotel itself is absolutely not worth it.
