Over all it was good. A little noisy neighbors and the refrigerator was a lttle loud. The heter would not turn off so we ended up unplugging it.

Fantastic room for the price. (Studio unit but no bathroom.) It had everything I needed except the Wi-Fi did not really work. I was told that it was being upgraded and that the reason it was free was because it was very patchy. lovely staff on the reception desk and park guests were quiet and respectful at night. Beautiful location with an easy walk to town centre and amenities.

Cleaned rooms, bathrooms and shared areas were very clean, great to have hot water in the taps and hot showers on a cold day. Bed was a very cheap design and would collapse in the middle of the night. Poor nights sleep. Ran out of toilet paper and coffee. Went to front desk and they had a spare toilet paper but no coffee. The receptionist said, they're also have no coffee, but they will replenish your coffee while you're out and about. Returned later that same day and there was no coffee replenished and the office was closed. The shower would flood around the toilet and most of the bathroom and stay flooded all day.

The room was clean, although the bathroom had significant mould around the bottom of the shower recess. The double bed was hard against the wall, with no room to move it off the wall. Fine for younger people, but not great for elderly people (like us), who have arthritis and find it difficult to crawl across each other during the night when nature calls!!
