Perfect for families or couples, the home features a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet. On the mezzanine, you'll find an open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a cozy living/dining area with a fireplace, smart TV, and an additional double bed.

Relax on the terrace or in the private garden surrounded by nature. Guests benefit from shared amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a padel court, bike storage, and nearby walking trails.
