Amazing boutique hotel! Loved my stay there! The service there was great! The receptionist Vanessa was very nice and helped a lot to make our stay great. The location is superb! You can walk everywhere. The hotel courtyard is very nicely decorated. Perfect to sit around and drink coffee. What stood out for me was how helpful and pleasant the staff members were. They always smiled and greeted me by name. Always helped me whenever I had a question or needed some guidance. This was a friendly, classic Guatemalan hotel. My room was fine but needed more outlets and while baths were ok, they need to be renovated. The staff was lovely and helpful. Great rooftop dining and music. With a few upgrades this could be a 4 star hotel!

It’s a beautiful place, however upon arrival we were assigned a different room than originally requested without air conditioning. They did move us to the original room we requested. Very nice room however very noisy due to traffic and pedestrian noise. Bring ear plugs and an eye mask. The room should be more insulated. Great location, food, and staff.
