Located on the third floor of the historic building, this unit is stair access only (no elevator), offering a quiet and private setting above street level.

The neighborhood is highly walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops, museums, galleries, mall and nightlife just steps away. The Tony Knowles Coastal Trail is nearby, offering scenic walking and biking along the waterfront, and downtown offices and event venues are within easy reach.



This central location provides quick access to major roadways, the airport, and key business and medical areas making it an ideal base for guests who want to experience Anchorage’s urban energy while staying in a building with authentic local character.



Getting Around:

Most guests enjoy walking to nearby spots, but rideshare, and bike rentals are readily available. Paid parking options include nearby meters and a Diamond Parking lot just across the street.
