The lady that checked us in was friendly and helpful. Downhill from there. Checked carefully for bedbugs, found none. TV not working. Badly stained mattress and pillows although mattress pad and linens were clean but lots of fibers like sawdust and lint on them. Full kitchen but not a thing in it to prepare or eat meal. Out our window is litter and a mess. Maintenance guy must like caulking and putty because it’s in many places, sloppily applied with no paint to finish it. Nope. Won’t be staying here again.
Starting with the parking lot, it was not plowed so you had an ice rink, high risk for a fall. Noise every night starting at midnight it sounded like a construction crew would move their equipment in and work until 4am most nights. Cleanliness appears that the hotel has not been updated for 20 years or more, so you have stained carpets, chunks of paint missing. Bad smells, stronger in the hallways.

The worst experience I've had in a while. We had to stay overnight in AK before taking an alaska cruise, if it weren't so late at night and so exhausted from a long trip from FL I would of tried to book a different hotel. The premises were in a complete state of delapidation. It was filthy, the room floor left our feet black with grime. And to top it off no elevator!! We had to haul our heavy luggage 3 flights of stairs with no help. Not suitable for business should be condemned.
Gross! Black mold, flies, food on the cupboard, table, counters, and floor. Sticky floor, handprints on the wall, previous customers garbage, couch so nasty we couldn't sit on it. The refrigerator made thumping noises. Absolutely disgusting!
No elevator to get to third floor. The receptionist was obviously sick and was sneezing all over while checking in. The shuttle to the hotel took forever to get to the airport even with calling them once we arrived. The room was dirty and i felt dirtier after taking a shower than before.
The property did have a freezer.
I paid for the room when I booked, called a couple of days before arrival to make sure with our late flight that I had two rooms, they said I did.. They informed me when I got there around 2 am that they had a problem and gave away one of the rooms. They said I should contact you for a refund.

Affordable rooms, but it looks like there’s some long term tenants and that may affect quality of rooms in the annex. Problems with lighting, plumbing and overall cleanliness. Stay in main building if you can. Staff was kind and accommodating as possible. Our little one slipped outside and they helped with getting her a bandaid.
Staff was very friendly. The cloth furniture is dirty and worn.
This hotel is clearly on the lower end of the spectrum but the price reflects that. One really nice feature is that, at least the room we stayed in, the two queen sized beds were separated into two rooms with french doors separating them instead of just two queens in one long room like we usually see.
Walk to my room was less than appealing
Pretty rundown place. Many things in the room were broken and not being taken care of. The same with the entire building. But it was the cheapest I can find close to the RV pickup place. So I was ok with staying one night. The breakfast was better than expected though. That’s why I gave it a 2-star instead of 1.
The beds were fine, and there were clean towels, but the floor was dirty, and the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was internet, but the TV did not work. There were cigarette butts and garbage on the outside stairs and halls. I guess this is why it was one of the cheaper options in Anchorage.
