Very clean rooms, they also smelled very clean, staff was very helpful and caring. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Amazing parking lot and easy to get in and out. Location is good, close enough to Disney and far enough to not hear all the noise when relaxing in the evening. Great price point, this place is now my go to hotel for Disney trips.

Property is old. Rooms are somewhat updated but can’t even stream on the tv. Didn’t like that the hotel shares a parking lot with a liquor store. Room key didn’t work after a long day of walking at Disneyland…had to make several trips to the office before the clerk came to help us with the master key. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Giving 5 stars for convenient location, rate, and kind staff. Unfortunately you can hear upstairs neighbors foot steps. Our first night I could not sleep because someone was pacing back and forth for hours after midnight. We stayed on the first floor for the hardwood but I definitely regret that and recommend asking to stay on the second floor. Also, the bathtub kept backing up when we’d shower. Just a few little things, other than that we felt safe and the free parking is great!

Clean room. Had all you need including refrigerator and a coffee pot. Not very sound proof though so wouldn’t stay on first floor if you are a light sleeper because we could here every step and tv from above. FREE parking which is a huge plus. Mexican restaurant next door was really good ! Will stay again but on second floor

I attempted to do an early check-in when the woman at the front desk asked for my name to see if any rooms were available. Unfortunately, there was not. When I came back to check in later that night, the other woman stated someone had checked in using my itinerary and wouldn’t provide me with a room. I had to call Expedia in the middle of the night, exhausted and shivering from the rain. Over an hour later of being on the phone with Expedia and the outside talking through a small window at the front desk, they realized it was on the hotel’s side mistake that someone checked in on my reservation. From everything the hotel put me through, I wasn’t able to get any sleep due to shivering from standing in the rain, being spoken down to, and the panic I went through due to the staff’s mistake. On top of that, I was treated unfairly, and I would like a refund.

Stayed in two different rooms during my two day stay. First one: bathroom walls had stains and shower head was clogged. Then stomping from people upstairs. 2nd room was cleaner, but in the middle of the night heard a group of people talking loudly outside the door. Called the front desk and just said “ok”.
