When we arrived the entrance was not noticeable. There was a door without a clear sign it was a lobby. It was christmas time and not a single decoration. The clerk was reasonably pleasant. We weren't given a map and attempted to find the building ourselves. We ended up back at the lobby to request a map. The clerk was short and seemed agitated especially when i became confused with the directions. He said "come on i will just take you there" it was a kind offer but he appeared agitated by it. The first room we got was not acceptable but they moved us right away and the second room was decent and clean. The hidabed was not comfortable. It is very dated with dirty ripped carpets and moldy windows. It is a lower end hotel i would say a 2 star. No bugs or anything but if you want a nice place this isn't it. We left early and went to a nicer place. Owners need to paint and do some renos.

Breakfast was terrible. No fruit. Eggs were salty. Out of coffee and didn’t replenish at 8 (not close to ending.) Facilities are dated. Carpet smells. They checked us out at 11 and kept on knocking, even though checkout is 12 pm. Overpriced. Not worth it.

The hotel was decent but quite dated. Our bed was comfortable but the sofa bed appeared broken (we didn’t use it but the couch was crooked). The staff was very responsive with an issue we had and we appreciated it. The location was good.

The staff is super friendly, breakfast is delicious and the pool & hot tub were warm even on a chilly evening. This is our favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Anaheim.

Pool was a little cold at 78 degrees despite the advertised temperature of 82. Room wasn’t cleaned during 3 night stay. I asked on second day for cleaning and was told that we would be cleaned but it was not. Otherwise the staff were friendly and the breakfast team were great.

Used the shower to find burning water coming from the faucet . No one must have washed the tub between guests as they would have noticed almost scalded by the water . Reported to front desk and we were made to change room .Maintenance reported a defective shower valve .

I've stayed at Residence and Fairfield. I was disappointed with the quality of service at breakfast. When I went in at 9:00,, NO coffee, sausages were gone, and oatmeal is waay too watery. Fairfield's breakfast is way better with someone constantly taking care of things. No ice cube tray in the refrigerator - had to ask for ice at the desk.
